Stage Board Packing in Our Factory
Leave a message
In our factory, stage board packing is an important part of the delivery process. Before the goods leave the warehouse, workers check the stage board surface, aluminium frame, side locks, stage legs and related accessories.
This article shows a real packing process from our indoor warehouse. In the video, two workers are packing modular stage boards. The photos also show the stage board surface, aluminium alloy frame, side lock system, adjustable stage legs and hardware fixing process.
Factory Warehouse with Stage Boards
The first photo shows our indoor warehouse. There are many packed stage boards and semi-finished boards waiting for packing. This is a normal daily scene in our factory, especially when stage board orders are busy.
The warehouse area is used for storing finished panels, packed goods and related stage components. For customers, this gives a direct view of our production and delivery capacity.

Stage Board Surface
Stage boards can be supplied with different surface options, including carpet panels, acrylic panels, glass panels and standard anti-slip panels.
For most event projects, the standard anti-slip stage board is a practical choice. Our standard board uses a 20 mm high-density professional plywood panel. The surface has a honeycomb anti-slip texture, which is suitable for concerts, music festivals, exhibitions, temporary platforms and commercial events.
The board surface is designed for repeated use. It has good wear resistance, moisture resistance, water resistance and flame-retardant performance. This makes it suitable for rental companies and event contractors who need to assemble and dismantle stages many times.

6061-T6 Aluminium Stage Frame
The stage board frame is made from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy. This material is lightweight, strong and suitable for professional modular stage systems.
The aluminium frame protects the board edge and helps each stage board connect neatly with other boards. It also improves stability during installation, transportation and repeated use.
The photo also shows the post clamp area. The clamp is processed tightly, and the manual locking buckle makes installation faster. Workers do not need to use loose screws every time they connect the post, which helps improve on-site working efficiency.

Adjustable Stage Legs
The stage legs are made from aluminium alloy. They can be supplied as fixed-height legs or adjustable-height legs according to the project.
The legs in the photo are adjustable type. They have different height positions. After the leg is adjusted to the required height, the pin can be inserted into the fixed hole to lock it.
The bottom of the leg has anti-slip rubber, which helps improve grip, stability and safety when the stage is installed on site.

Side Locks and Lock Holes
The side lock system helps multiple stage boards connect tightly together.
In the first image below, a worker is fixing the side lock to the stage board. One side of the board has the lock, and the opposite side has the reserved lock hole.
In the second image below, the stacked stage boards show the side locks and lock holes more clearly. When two boards are installed together, the lock and lock hole fit closely. This helps reduce gaps and makes the complete platform more stable.

Hardware Fixed Before Packing
Before packing, workers prepare the required accessories for each stage board. The position of the stage leg fittings, the quantity of hardware and the fixing parts are arranged according to the production process.
In the image below, two workers are using electric screwdrivers to fix the hardware. This helps avoid missing parts when customers receive the goods. It also saves installation time because the board and accessories are already matched before shipment.
For rental companies and event teams, this detail is useful. It makes site work faster and helps reduce confusion during installation and dismantling.

Different Stage Applications
Different projects may need different stage panels. Glass panels are often used for wedding stages. Acrylic panels can be used for car launches and display events. Carpet panels are suitable for auditoriums and indoor platforms. Standard anti-slip panels are widely used for concerts, exhibitions and outdoor events.
For example, a 1000 x 2000 mm stage board can be designed to support up to 500 kg per square metre, depending on the complete stage structure and support layout.
Other accessories can also be added, such as stairs and guardrails. Guardrails are useful for speech platforms, walkways and elevated temporary platforms.
