**Crafting a Curtain of Screens Between Mountain and Sea: Our Company Undertook the Construction of the 120-Meter Curved Giant Screen Stage for the 3rd Liandao Music Festival**

From June 21st to 22nd, 2025, the 3rd Liandao Music Festival was successfully held at the Liandao Scenic Area in Lianyungang, Jiangsu. Our company had the honor of undertaking the construction of the festival's centerpiece – the 120-meter curved giant screen stage. From preliminary design to on-site execution, our team, with professional expertise, efficient collaboration, and utmost craftsmanship, created an audio-visual sanctuary seamlessly integrated with the mountain and sea landscape, laying a solid foundation for the festival's success. **I. Precise Positioning: Core Concept of "Mountain-Sea Fusion" Drives Custom Stage Design**
During the project initiation phase, we deeply studied the festival's theme, "Listen to the Mountain and Sea in This Frame," and, considering the unique geographical environment of Liandao Scenic Area, established a design philosophy of "symbiosis between nature and art." For the 120-meter curved giant screen stage, the team underwent multiple rounds of plan optimization:

1. **Form Adapting to Natural Topography:** We abandoned traditional rectangular stage designs in favor of an arc-shaped curved structure that precisely matched the curvature of Liandao's coastline. This achieved a seamless visual integration of the stage with the mountain and sea backdrop, avoiding any sense of突兀ness.
2. **Giant Screen Technological Breakthrough:** We selected high-brightness, high-contrast outdoor-specific LED screens to solve the issue of poor visibility under strong coastal light. Custom curved screen splicing technology was employed to ensure the 120-meter screen had no visible seams, presenting a complete and fluid visual effect.
3. **Integrated Audio-Lighting-Visual Design:** We collaborated with the audio team in advance for sound field simulation. Line array speakers were discreetly placed on both sides of the stage, coordinating with the dynamic lighting and visuals of the curved screen to create a 360-degree immersive audio-visual experience, realizing the concept of "using waves as reverb and rocks as the audience."

**II. Overcoming Challenges: Tackling Complex Outdoor Conditions to Ensure Quality and Efficiency**
The coastal location of Liandao Scenic Area presented numerous challenges for stage construction. Our team developed contingency plans in advance and efficiently resolved various difficulties:

1. **Wind and Rain Resistance Reinforcement:** Considering the windy coastal conditions, the main stage structure was built using high-strength steel, with critical nodes receiving double reinforcement. Removable wind and rain shields were installed on the exterior of the giant screen, protecting the equipment without obstructing the audience's view. During a sudden short rain shower on June 21st, the stage equipment operated without any impact.
2. **Reducing On-Site Construction Time:** To minimize disruption to the scenic area's normal operations, the team disassembled the stage structure into multiple prefabricated modules. These were processed and assembled in the factory before being transported to the site. The main structure of the 120-meter curved giant screen stage was completed in just 3 days, one day ahead of the original schedule.
3. **Multi-Party Coordination:** We proactively liaised with the music festival organizer, scenic area management, power supply departments, and other relevant units, completing site surveys, power connection, and safety filings in advance. During the construction period, we maintained real-time communication with the performance teams, adjusting stage lighting and sound parameters according to artist requirements to ensure optimal performance quality.
