The 9th Macau Business Aviation Exhibition was held from October 29–31, 2020. This historical project record presents the temporary structures supplied for the exhibition, including aluminum lighting truss, layered support, stage platforms and exhibition-cover elements.

Aviation exhibitions combine aircraft displays, branded booths, reception areas, lighting and visitor routes. The event structures must fit around large exhibits while maintaining open sightlines and practical access for installation teams.

Coordinated Exhibition Structures

Aluminum truss can support booth lighting, signs and scenic elements. Modular stage platforms create presentation and reception areas, while steel or ringlock structures can provide additional support where the project requires a different height or configuration.

From Factory Preparation to On-Site Assembly

Before delivery, components are grouped according to the project drawing and packing list. Truss connectors, stage legs, braces and other accessories should be counted and labelled so that the installation team can identify each work area.

At the venue, primary structures are assembled before lighting, signage and booth decoration. Clear sequencing prevents later work from blocking connections, cable routes or technical access.
