Circle Truss Structure Used In Indoor And Outdoor Events

Circle truss structures are widely used when an event design needs a lighting ring, curved entrance, suspended feature, exhibition display or circular stage element. Compared with a standard rectangular frame, a circular truss can create a stronger visual focus while providing mounting positions for lights, signs and lightweight decorative equipment.

Common Applications of Circular Aluminum Truss

• Suspended lighting rings above stages and exhibition booths
• Circular or semicircular entrance structures
• Curved LED and scenic frames
• Wedding, fashion-show and product-launch installations
• Indoor concert and retail display structures

Circle truss can be produced as a complete ring or divided into curved sections for transport. The number of sections depends on the diameter, connection method and packing requirements. Browse our aluminum lighting truss systems for related straight and curved configurations.

Information Required Before Production

To prepare an accurate drawing, the customer should confirm the outside diameter, truss cross-section, number of segments, connection type, hanging or ground-supported method, equipment positions and total load.

For a suspended circle, the available venue rigging points must also be checked. For a ground-supported structure, base plates, vertical supports and bracing should be planned as part of the complete system. Matching corners, connectors, clamps and bases are available in our truss accessory range.

Safety for Indoor and Outdoor Use

Outdoor use introduces wind load and weather exposure, especially when banners, fabric or decorative panels are attached. The final structure should be calculated for the actual span, height, loads, support method and site conditions. Installation and inspection must be completed by qualified personnel.

Send us the required diameter, reference image and equipment list. Our team can prepare a sectional drawing and recommend a suitable circular truss configuration for your event.
