The flexibility of a stage truss system means that modular sections can be rearranged for different projects. It does not mean that the truss should physically bend during use. Straight sections, corners, bases and lifting accessories work together to create structures with different lengths, heights and shapes.

Why Modular Truss Is Practical for Event Companies

Rental companies often use the same truss inventory for exhibition booths, lighting grids, entrance arches, concert stages and LED support structures. Standard section lengths make it possible to change the layout without manufacturing a completely new system for every event.

Spigot connections are practical for frequent assembly and dismantling. Bolt connections are often used for exhibition structures and fixed configurations. Corners, sleeve blocks, base plates, clamps and lifting towers extend the number of layouts that can be created.

Flexibility Still Has Engineering Limits

A new arrangement must be checked as a new structure. Changing the span, height, support position or hanging load can change the forces inside the truss. A section that is suitable for a short lighting frame may not be suitable for a long roof beam.
