Especially in windy and rainy areas, neglecting weather contingency plans is equivalent to giving the green light to danger.

(2) High Temperatures and Slippery Surfaces: Quietly Amplifying Operational Risks

The threat of extreme weather is not limited to strong winds and heavy rains. During the evacuation of PSY's concert in South Korea in 2022, the stage floor became slippery due to stagnant water left by artificial rainfall. A construction worker who was dismantling lighting fixtures accidentally slipped and fell, dying on the spot. High-altitude operations and electrical safety are "high-frequency risk points" in stage construction. Reviewing every stage construction accident, it can be found that danger never "comes suddenly". Only by turning "safety first" from a slogan into solid standards and regulations can loopholes be plugged.
